If the right amount of balls is placed on a given surface, 91% of the liquid can be covered. This covering layer separates, isolates the surface of the liquid from its environment.

It is often referred to as a shade ball, cover ball, armour ball, barrier ball or bird ball. We, as a manufacturer, call it a cover ball and Bird Ball™.

What can it be used for?

A cover ball is excellent for: reducing evaporation, preserving water quality, preventing algae growth, keeping birds away, camouflaging water surfaces, insulating, reducing heat costs, reducing the release of toxic gases and vapours into the environment, deadeningunpleasant odours, covering hazardous substances. What are the different types?

We have three different types of cover balls. Our air-filled, water-filled and self-filling balls will not disappoint you even in extreme weather conditions. The air-filled balls can withstand winds up to 80 km/h, while the water-filled and self-filling models can withstand gales of up to 150km/h.
